摘要
现代企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。企业对人力资源进行大量
的投资,不仅可以提高企业的核心竞争力,同时也可以提高经济效益。本文
对相关理论和文献深入研究,分析了房地产企业人力资源战略的内外部环境
状况,在此基础上研究了 H房地产公司人力资源战略的制定、实施以及建议
措施,从案例研究的角度出发,梳理出人力资源战略目标,根据公司战略目
标和人力资源战略目标,构建并完善了人力资源战略体系,以达到规避风险,
提高效益的目的。
本论文遵循提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路,综合运用了文献综
述法、理论与实证结合法以及案例分析法等研究方法,在全面了解H房地产
公司经营发展战略的基础上,基于企业既定发展战略目标,通过对公司人力
资源结构状况以及人力资源内外环境分析的基础上,规划了 H房地产公司人
力资源战略管理的实施方案。各章节研究内容如下:
第一部分是绪论。这部分内容就论文研究背景、目的及意义、国内外的
研究现状及其研究思路、方法等进行总体论述。第二部分是人力资源战略的
相关理论,包括人力资源战略概念和战略管理理论,为全文的研究打下理论
基础。第三部分通过对H房地产公司战略环境的分析,包括外部环境、内部
条件以及内外部环境的SWOT分析,对其人力资源战略环境进行分析。第四部
分:根据第一部分的理论,以及第二、三部分的内外部环境分析,对H房地
产公司的人力资源战略进行制定,包括公司的整体战略目标,并在分析当前
人力资源战略管理现状和问题的基础上,提出人力资源战略目标以及人才战
略体系的构建。第五部分:在H公司人力资源战略制定的基础上,以企业特
点及发展阶段为基础,确定人力资源战略的具体实施过程。第六部分是结束
语。本章对全文进行了总结,并对H公司人力资源战略实施进行了展望。

Modern competition among enterprises in tiie final analysis is the competition
of talents. Enterprise human resources for a large number of investment, can not
only enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also can improve
economic benefits, Hds is the era of knowledge economy enterprises are an
important strategic measure, it is the enterprise daily management basic function.
Since the nineteen sixties Schultz put forward the “ human resources “ after the
concept, western economics scholars are beginning to the theory of human
resources to conduct in-depth exploration and research. Since title reform and
opening in China, the scholars to the theory of human resources research is
gradually increasing, put forward many valuable views and theory of human
resource theory, made outstanding contribution. With the national policies and
regulations, industry and other aspects of the development, it gives the human
resources work contrat also had new change and interpretation. In the real estate
industry is like tea like fire development process, many enterprises have realized
the importance of talents for enterprise development. In the next few years, real
estate industry will still obtains rapid development, enterprise to thirsty,how to
find the useful talent and retain talent, has become a large real estate enterprises
human resources department urgent problems to be resolved. To the enterprise,
how to conduct effective human resources management and enhance the strategic
human resources management is the enteiprise obtains the quality, the guarantee of
the development of. This paper in the domestic and foreign literature research and
human resources based on the exploration of the theory,in-depth analysis of the
real estate enteiprise human resource strategy and external environment condition,
on the basis of H Real Estate Company human resource strategy formulation,
implementation and suggest measures, empirical research from tiie point of view,
sort out the human resources strategic target, according to the strategic objectives
of the company and the human resources strategic target, build and perfect the
human resources management system,so as to avoid risk,increase efficiency.
In this paper, follow the question, the analysis problem, problem-solving
ideas,comprehensive use of the method of literature review, theoretical and
empirical method and case analysis and other methods, to fully understand the H
Real Estate Company to operate the development strategy based on tiie future
development of the company, to make clear the strategic target, based on the
current situation of human resource of Ministry of inside and outside the company
human resource environment of the detailed research and analysis, summarize the
H Real Estate Company strategic human resources management of the status and
problems of human resource strategy and target On this basis,combined with the
actual situation of enterprises to develop H Real Estate Company human resources
strategic planning. The focus of tbis study is to determine the human resources
strategy, human resources strategy to develop and implement system. Each chapter
of the research contents are as follows: The first part is the introduction: research
background, purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad and
research ideas,methods such as overall discussion. The second part: human
resources strategy related to the theoretical basis for analysis, including human
resources strategic concepts and theories of strategic management, the thesis
research. The third part: Based on H Real Estate Company strategic environment
analysis, including the external environment, internal conditions and external
environment of the SWOT analysis, the human resources strategic environment
introduction. The fourth part: the &st part according to the theory of knowledge,
and the second, 1iie three part of the internal and external environment analysis,H
Real Estate Company human resource strategies are developed, including the
company's overall strategic objectives, strategic human resource management in
the analysis of the current situation and problems on the basis of,put forward
human resources strategic target and talent strategic system construction. The fifth
part: in the human resources strategy based on the characteristics and development
phase, with the enterprise human resource strategy as a guide, to determine the
specific implementation process. The sixth part: H Real Estate Company talent
strategy suggestions. Through these analysis and research, the company human
resources strategy implem^itation of proposals.
