理论和实践意义。

近年来,伴随着大理旅游的深度开发,双廊镇的旅游产业也迎来了发展契机。

双廊丰富而独具民族特色的旅游资源令人们心驰向往,显示出极具幵发的潜力。

双廊的知名度不断飙升,吸引了众多的旅游爱好者慕名而来。但是,也相继出现

了一系列问题严重影响了大理双廊旅游业的可持续发展。

大理双廊旅游资源的脆弱性、稀缺性等特征要求我们将原来粗放型的、纯粹

追求增长速度和经济效益的发展模式转变为追求资源永续利用、经济、文化、环

境协调发展的模式。那么,如何树立科学的旅游资源观,幵发与保护并举,协调

好各利益相关者的利益,使得大理双廊吸引力持续存在这是双廊旅游业可持续

发展必须要回答的重要问题。

本论文主要是围绕着可持续发展理论、旅游目的地生命周期理论、外部性理

论和利益相关者理论来讨论双廊现有的优势资源和存在的问题,分析双廊旅游业

可持续发展的条件,通过分析、问卷统计和实地走访,总结出可持续发展对引导

双廊旅游发展具有重要的理论和实践意义,针对双廊旅游存在的不足之处和可持

续发展资源条件分析,进一步分析双廊进行可持续发展面临的困境和挑战。最后

通过结合双廊自身特点,从市场开拓如定位、市场促销、文化资源保护和可持续

发展系统如环境保护、基础设施建设、市场机制和监管等多个方面实现双廊旅游

的可持续发展。

ABSTEACT

After years of development, the tourism has become the main pillar industry of

China, at the same time, some traditional tourism development problems were appeared.

The specific performance of these problems to plunder tourism resources, extensive

management on the travel destination etc.. How to establish the sustainable

development of the tourism has important theoretical and practical significance for the

sustainable use of tourism resources and the sustainable development of tourism .

In recent years, withing the deep development of Dali's tourism, Shuanglang's

tourism has also reached its' development opportunity. Shuanglang's rich and unique

national characteristics of the tourism resources attract many tourists, and it shows great

potential to development. Shuanglang is more and more well-known to the people,and

more and more tourists come here. But,there are some serious problems appeared

which affect the sustainable development of Shuanglang tourism .

Dali tourism resources in the Hall of double features of the vulnerability and

scarcity requires extensive, pure pursuit of growth and economic benefit of the change

in developmental mode of pursuit of sustainable utilization of resources, patterns of

economic, cultural and environmental development. So, how to establish the scientific

conception of tourism resource,how to protect it when people develop,how to

coordinate the interests of all stakeholders, how to maintain attraction of Shuanglang

This is an important questions when we discuss the sustainable development of

Shuanglang.

This thesis mainly revolves the sustainable development theory, the life cycle

theory of tourism destination, externality theory and stakeholder theory. Depending on

these theories, we discussing the advantage resources, the problems of Shuanglang and

the conditions for the sustainable development. Through the analysis of the

questionnaire, statistics and interview, it summed that tourism sustainable development

is very important when we develop Shuanglang tourism.Depending on the analysis of

troubles and existing resource conditions of Shuanglang.we find out the difficult and
