军队文化在企业管理中的应用研究
——以中建八局为例

摘要:本文在阐述军队文化与企业文化的概念的基础上，提出军队文化和企业
文化既有区别，也有一定联系，在军队企业的文化管理中，具有结合的必要性和
可能性。本文在军队文化与企业文化结合的方式、结合的内容上等都做出了一定
的探讨。其中，论文重点分析了军队文化的特点、构成，军队文化与企业管理结
合的必要性与可行性：现代企业管理中存在的管理效率不高，执行效率低下等问
题需要引进强有力的执行力文化去加以解决，而大量军队出身的企业家用自身的
业绩证明了企业引进军队文化的可行性。军队文化与企业管理结合的应对现有企
业文化取其精华，去其糟粕的方式，合理引入军队文化的先进因子，实现现有企
业文化与引进的军队文化的有机结合。接着对军队文化引进后如何在企业中实施
进行了探索，并以一个大型工程企业——中建八局的军队文化在企业管理中的实
践应用的案例进行了实证分析，分析中建八局军队文化管理中存在的问题以及成
因，包括对管理模式失当、规章制度生硬、僵化的管理理念、官兵关系处理不当、
基层干部队伍人心不稳等方面进行了阐述。在前文研究的基础上提出了相应的改
革措施，一是深化观念认识，二是改进工作和教育方法，三是强化行政管理，四
是建立执行为导向的考核机制，五是根植军队文化于日常管理。最后对全文进行
了总结。

Abstract: On this thesis, based on the concepts of the military culture and
enterprise culture. Though martial culture and enterprise culture are different, they also
have certain connections. This thesis focuses on the analysis of characteristics of the
combination of military culture and enterprise culture mode,content and also provides
precise discussion, further more on introduction of feasibility and necessity of the
military culture and corporate culture. We can see some inefficient management in
modern corporate management; we need very efficient and productive to implement
military culture to address these problems. Analyzing real cases of entrepreneurial who
has been served in the army, that show feasibility to implement a military culture in
modern corporate. When we implement military culture in corporate, “absorb what is
good and reject what is bad” is our principle, that make military culture running
smoothy in modern corporate, to realize the perfect combination of modern corporate
culture. In discussing of management mode of misconduct, stiff, rigid rules and
regulationgs of the management idea, manager and staff, basic level cadre unstable staff,
and carry on the reform measures on the basis of the study above, in order to reach these
five objects: deepen the cognition, improve the methods of work and education,
strengthen the administrative management, establishment of performance assessment
mechanism oriented, root military culture in the dailiy management. Take eighth bureau
of the CSCEC as an example, to discuss if it is reasonable and feasible to implenment
military culture in modern corporate. Summerize on last paragrh.
