遗址文化是历史留给世人的宝贵财富。随着体验经济的到来,以遗址公园为

幵发模式的遗址旅游能够满足人们穿越时空、追寻历史、重返自然的愿望与要求,

在旅游过程中获取信息,享受来自历史的震撼与思考,成为最具生命力和发展前

景的旅游形式。我国遗址旅游发展较晚,对这类旅游资源的认识、理解和探索、

开发都尚处于起步阶段,缺乏系统性研究和实践检验。

本文系统科学分析遗址公园开发的宏观因素和微观因素,提出遗址公园开发

条件的评价方法;以案例分析为出发点,从国内外遗址公园的开发案例中,发现

问题、分析问题,分析和归纳出具有共性的问题和借鉴之处,探索和总结遗址公

园幵发建设的经验,同时结合文化产业的开发,探索文化产业园建设之路;以遗

址公园旅游开发模式的理论研究为核心,从国内外整个欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司、发展历程出发,对

遗址公园开发进行对比分析和实证总结,探索遗址公园模式的比较优势,总结出

理论成果,提出马家窑彩陶文化产业园基于文化体验和旅游价值的具体开发对策

和运营管理措施,逐步拓展分析马家窑遗址公园所应具备的各种条件,本文对幵

发模式的研究中充分考虑了旅游和文化产业的关联性,以遗址旅游与文化产业的

互动发展为研究的重点方向,通过对遗址公园的开发实现区域产业的提升,深化

了遗址旅游开发对区域经济、区域产业、城市发展的功能,提出科学性、指导性

的战略思路,力图在实践中丰富和完善。

本文的研究对象是基于遗址公园的马家窑彩陶文化产业园,该项目是一个正

在实施的甘肃省文化产业重点项目,已列入国家“华夏文明传承创新区”重点项

目和甘肃省文化产业十二五规划,项目的落地实施对当地建设和甘肃省文化产业

发展有示范效应,在探索经济欠发达地区遗址旅游资源的文化价值向经济价值和

社会价值的转化之路。文章中的实证研究部分就是在对马家窑文化遗址及相关资

源环境研究的基础上,针对马家窑彩陶文化产业园的发展战略、产业布局、相关

产品及运营发展做出系统规划。力争探索出遗迹旅游和文化产业园建设相结合的

发展模式,在实践层面对研究的成果进行印证。

Abstract

For human, relics culture left by the histoiy is the most valuable wealth. Wiih the arrival of

experiential economy, relics tourism is undoubtedly the best choice for people to realize their

wishes and desire of histoiy and Space-time crossing. Relics tourism mode,which provide a

plenty of information during the tour and make the tourists get inspiration from the history with

joy, is full of vitality and the brightest development prospects, thus, relics park is an very

effective development mode.

Since a rather late start on the development of relics tourism in our countiy, we are now still

at the starting stage as far as the understanding, exploration and development of the relics tourism

resources was concerned, and are lack of systematic research and practice. Accordingly,it has

more practical significance to explore relics tourism in Gansu, which is less developed in economy

whereas rich in the resources of tourism and human civilization.

Guided by the thought of systematic science,the macro and micro factors on relics park

development was analyzed, the evaluation method of park development conditions and the guiding

ideology and principles on sustainable development of relics tourism project was put forward in

this paper. Also,according to national and abroad case study research, which is one of the

fundamental researches, and the theory study of relics park tourism development mode, from one

hand, the paper found and analyzed problems existed in the development progress of relic park,

concluded the general problems and references, summarized and e^lored the experiences of relics

park development and construction, explored the construction of cultural industry park; on the

other hand, it explored the comparative advantage of relics park tourism development mode, put

forward the specific exploitation strategy and operation management measures of Majiayao

Cultural Industry Park, gradually expanded analysis on various necessary conditions of Majiayao

relics park,and finally put forward the specific measures for Majiayao relics park based on the

analysis result

Regarding the development model study, by fully considering the correlation between

tourism and cultural industries and taking the interactive development of tourism and cultural

industry as the research focus, this paper deepen the functions of relics tourism development on

regional economy, regional industry and urban development, put forward the scientific and

instructional strategy, try to enrich and improve it in practice.
