本文基于相关的管理理论,对c公司营运资本管理解决方案进行研究,以促进新的

营运资本管理的理论和实践创新的方法在c公司的实际应用。在新的发展环境下积极采

取有效措施、加强营运资金的管理,提高营运资金风险防范,对于印刷电路板c公司而

言具有重要的意义。印刷电路板欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司能否取得高质量的可持续发展,在一定意义取决于

公司营运资金的管理和风险防范水平。

The Management and Risk Prevention of Working Capital for Printed

circuit board (PCB) Industry— Taking C Company as an example

Since twenty-first Century, research on working capital of management concepts and methods

for enterprise mainly focus on project management, but in recent years with the widespread

use of enterprise channel relationship management, supply chain management and customer

relationship management and other new management concepts and methods, more and more

new managements are being applied in the new field.

In this paper, based on the related management theory, we'll research on the solutions of

working capital management for company C,to promote the new working capital

management theory and practice innovation method in the practical application of company C.

In the new environment how to actively take effective measures, strengthen the mmiagement

of working capital, improve working capital risk prevention, has an important significance for

the printed circuit board of company C. The printed circuit board industry can achieve the

sustainable development of high quality, which in a certain sense depends on the management

level of working capital and the level of risk prevention.
