摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展,文化在人们的工作、学习过程中的作用日益突显,f企

业文化作为文化的一个重要分支,在培育和形成企业核心竞争力的作用也日益明显,如

何建设好企业文化,发挥好企业文化的引导作用、激励作用、凝聚作用和约束作用,进

而提升企业凝聚力、向心力、创新力、学习力和竞争力便成为人们研究的重点,因此要

不断加强对企业文化的建设。

本文主要针对延长石油在企业文化建设中存在的主要问题,比如:对企业文化认识

模糊;集团意识有待强化;核心价值的统领引导作用不强和企业文化的“软”性约束

力不强等问题。采用文献梳理的研究方法、对比分析法和调查研究法,结合文化、企

业文化、绿色企业文化、学习型企业文化等相关理论,以及延长石油的文化建设现状,

提出了提升延长石油企业文化建设水平的框架,并采取多种措施,确保不断提升企业文

化建设的水平。

本文简单介绍了文化、企业文化的相关概念、内涵、构成、特点及功能,并对绿色

企业文化和学习型企业文化的相关理论进行了阐述,对延长石油的基本情况做了简单介

绍,着重对延长石油的企业文化建设现状及存在问题进行了说明和原因分析,进而明确

了企业文化提升的目标和原则,通过将文化提升与企业文化培训教育体系建设相结合,

建设激励机制、制度,企业绿色文化建设,学习型企业文化建设,统筹推动子文化建设

和加强班组文化建设,并采取相应的方法对企业文化提升效果进行综合评价。在明确企

业文化提升方案实施的原则基础上,鼓励全员转变观念、全员参与,设立企业文化建设

领导小组、企业文化部等专门的企业文化组织机构,加强方案实施的制度保障,以及企

业队站、班组企业文化建设,保持组织沟通的畅通无阻,做好企业文化的外部建设工作,

并从经济、社会效益角度对于企业文化提升效果进行总结。最后对全文进行总结并提出

需要进一步研究的问题。

Abstract

With the rapid development of social economy, the function of culture in

people's work, learning in the process of growing, and the enterprise culture as

an important branch of the culture, the enterprise culture in cultivating and

developing the core competitiveness of enterprises is becoming more and more

obvious, how to build a good corporate culture, corporate culture play a good

guide, incentive effect, cohesion and restraint, and improve enterprise cohesion,

centripetal force, creativity, learning ability and competitiveness has become the

focus of research, therefore, to continue to strengthen the construction of

enterprise culture.

In this paper, in the light of the main problems, to extend the oil exist in the

enterprise culture construction such as: fuzzy understanding of enterprise culture;

group consciousness should be strengthened; problems of core value and

guidance is not strong and the enterprise culture of soft binding is not strong.

Using the research methods of literature review, comparative analysis and

investigation, combined with the culture, corporate culture, green culture,

learning the theory of enterprise culture, and to extend the oil culture

construction present situation, proposed the framework to improve the level of

corporate culture, and adopt a variety of measures, to ensure continuous

improvement of enterprise culture construction level.

This paper introduces the related concepts of culture, enterprise culture,

connotation, structure, characteristics and functions, and the theory of green

corporate culture and organizational learning culture is discussed in this paper,

the basic situation of Yan chang Petroleum to do a simple introduction, focuses

on the construction of enterprise culture of Yan chang Petroleum and the

existing problems were analyzed description and reason, and then clear the

objectives and principles of enterprise culture promotion, the culture combined

with the building of enterprise culture Iraining and education system, the

construction of incentive mechanism, system, construction of green corporate

culture, cultural construction of learning enterprise, and promote the sub culture

and strengthen Hie team culture construction, and to enhance the effect of

enterprise culture comprehensive evaluation of the corresponding methods. In a

clear corporate culture to enhance the basic principles of program

implementation, encouraging everyone to change the idea, full participation, the

establishment of enterprise culture consttuction leading group, the Ministry of

culture and other specialized enterprise enterprise culture organization,

strengthen the system security plan implementation, as well as the enterprise

team, team building of enterprise culture, keep smooth operator organizational

communication, good business culture external construction work, and from the

angle of economic, social benefits for the enterprise culture to enhance effect

was summarized. Finally, to summarize the full text and put forward the

problems that need further study.
