摘要
我国经济发展的步伐加快了国内外企业的进出口需要的增长,由于技术不断革
新,工业化发展迅速,材料的生产技术日新月异,中国与全球的贸易活动越来越频
繁,导致第三方材料实验室的测试需要猛增,原有的国内的第三方材料实验室的测
试流程适合于中小规模的测试需要,与国际标准的差异化巨大,落后于当今时代发
展的需要,现在已经不能适应企业日益增长的测试规模需求,材料实验室的流程需
要进行优化,能够更好的配合当今测试需求的发展
本文主要是介绍了第三方TS材料实验室关于材料测试的基本流程现状,运用
流程管理方面的理论,对TS实验室现有测试流程中存在的,管理混乱,流程复杂,
实验室效率低,数据检测结果存在疑问等一系列的问题进行研究分析,通过流程优
化的学习改进,设计工作流程图,员工职能结构图等形式,使得检测流程运行更加

Abstract
Accelerate the pace of China's economic development at home and abroad enterprises
import and export needs grow, due to technological innovation, industrialization and the
rapid development of material production technology is developing rapidly, China's trade
with the world more and more frequent, leading third-party materials laboratory the test
requires soared, the original domestic third-party materials laboratory testing process is
