摘 要
C 公司是一家新兴的“研发型”平板显示高新技术企业,主要从事第三代平板
显示器件 OLED 的研发及生产,随着欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的发展,C 公司目前所掌握的技术远远
满足不了发展需求,迫切需要研究欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司新技术,因此公司定位于“研发型”,大力
研究欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司新技术,完成技术积累,等待时机成熟切入产业化量产。随着新技术研
发项目的数量增多,以及对项目的质量要求的提高,使得项目管理的压力变大,
而目前公司的项目负责人的管理水平有限,项目管理存在许多不良问题,大大阻
碍公司项目的开展和公司的发展。

本论文首先阐释项目管理的理论知识及新产品项目管理知识,然后对 C 公司
的项目管理现状进行介绍,指出现阶段其项目管理所存在的问题,然后运用所阐
释的项目管理知识分析产生这些问题的原因,并提出 C 公司项目管理的改进措施,
并以论文作者作为项目经理所承担的项目为例子,对项目进行优化,提高项目的
管理水平。

ABSTRACT
As an emerging “research and development type” flat panel display high-tech
enterprise, C company is specialized in research, development and production of the
third generation flat panel display device——OLED. Along with the development of
this industry, C company’s technologies are far to meet the requirements of
development, and it is urgent for C company to research the new technologies of the
industry. Therefore, based on the “research and development type” orientation, C
company has made great efforts to research the new technologies, had completed
technology accumulation and will start industrialized volume production at a right time.
More research & development projects on new technologies and higher requirements on
project qualities jointly result in increasingly large pressure on project management.
However, there are many problems of project management, since the management
levels of project leaders are just so so. This has significantly hindered the development
of projects and the company.
After explanation of the theoretical knowledge on project management and the
knowledge on new product project management in the first place, this paper will
introduce the current situations of C company’s project management, and point out the
problems of C company’s project management at present. According to the project
management knowledge explained herein, the author will analyze the causes of these
problems, and put forward the solutions for improvement of project management. A
project, undertaken by the author as a project manager, will be taken as an example on
project optimization and improvement of project management level.
