摘 要
伴随着经济活动的全球一体化发展,特别是互联网信息技术在经济活动中的广
泛应用,航空物流业地位逐渐引起人们的广泛关注,凭借着安全、快捷和方便的属性
在物流运输、供应链中的作用越来越受到人们的重视,航空物流在我国经济中具有巨
大的发展潜力。
本文从物流理论和企业战略基本理论着手，以波特市场竞争战略理论为基础，
通过企业实践调研，对天津中远进行外部环境、内部环境、产业环境分析，描绘了
天津中远的航空物流业务的发展战略。主要包括下面内容:研究背景、研究意义、
研究思路和方法、论文内容及框架。运用 PEST 分析方法，分别对天津中远公司所
处的经济环境、政治环境、技术环境、以及法律环境进行了分析。然后运用了五力
模型对航空物流的欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司环境进行分析，分别阐述了影响天津中远发展的五种力量，
并对天津中远公司进行了内部环境和经营能力的分析。应用了 SWOT 分析的方法，
对天津中远公司目前的优势、劣势，面临的机会和受到的威胁进行了详细分析，如
何以中远集团为依托，制定出适合天津中远公司的业务发展相关战略以及实施的途
径。最后论文总结了主要研究结论及企业今后要改进的内容。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of globalization of economic activities, especially in the
information technology, the Internet and other high-tech support, the aviation logistics
industry by virtue of its safety, quick, convenient service and the supply chain logistics
transport, in the important position gradually attracted people's attention. The aviation
logistics has great potential for development in China's economy .
This paper starts from the aviation logistics and strategic management theory, relied
on Potter's competitive strategy theory as the foundation through practical investigation,
using comparative analysis, environmental analysis with the tool of strategic
management, construction of Tianjin COSCO aviation logistics business competitive
strategy. The paper mainly includes the following contents: introduces the research
background and research ideas and methods, the main framework of the paper. And then
expounds the theoretical development of the aviation logistics and competitive strategy.
Using PEST analysis method, carries on the analysis to the Tianjin COSCO external
environment. Using the five forces model to analyze the enterprise environment, the
threat of potential entrants, threat of substitutes, suppliers, buyers for a supply of
something. the ability for a supply of something. and the competition within the industry;
and the internal environment analysis of Tianjin ocean shipping company. Method
followed by SWOT analysis, the internal advantages, Tianjin COSCO weaknesses,
opportunities, threats analysis; as well as the development strategy of the parent company
of the COSCO Group as the basis, put forward the implementation of the competitive
strategy of the construction and strategy.
