东北三省唯一拥有极其丰富的滨海旅游资源的城市,但其滨海入境旅游发展还属于成长
期。基于历史和现实经济的原因日本成为大连最大的入境旅游市场,大连市对日本旅游市
场依存度相比其他滨城市明显偏重。日本旅连游客连续攀升,最近 5 年每年达到近 60 万
人次之多,是整个大连市接待海外旅游者总量的近 50%左右,即使是 2011 年日本国国民
在受到海啸地震核电站事件的影响,到大连市日本游客仍在处在 50 万人次以上,占接待
海外旅游者总量 117 万人次的近 50%以上。鉴于 2012 年国际、国内政治经济发展形势,
日本对“钓鱼岛的购岛事件”大连各家涉外旅行社按照市委市政府的工作部署,积极应对,
国际、国内突发政治事件,果断采取有效得力措施与对策,以“替代”减少“依赖”,全
面开启新的客源市场组织架构,加强对韩国、俄罗美洲市场营销,用“替补法”破解日本
客源市场急剧下降对大连旅游业的影响,一方面也在日本国进行多层次、多方位全力营销,
超额完成全年入境游客指标。即使在占据大连入境业务“半壁江山”的日本市场遭遇极速
“降温”,造成全市入境市场陷入冰冻期期间。旅游全欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司对此迅速应对,强力营销,并
实现了“破冰”——2012 年,大连入境市场逆势上扬。海外客源获取 10%的增长。接待
海外游客 128.8 万人次,同比增长 10.09%,外汇收入 88639.5 万美元,同比增长 10.09%。

者展开了分析与研究,旨在提出符合大连入境旅游业发展实际的应对对策,以提高大连打
造蓝色旅游经济圈,建设世界滨海旅游名城的核心竞争力,在国际国内政治形势不利中取
胜。
本文在搜集大量欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的基础上,对大连入境旅游市场的地域结构、空间变化分析、入
境旅游游客动机及入境旅游游客的消费构成进行分析总结。并且在深入分析新法规贯彻环
境下,通过对相关欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司文献及研究现状的分析考察,给出了振兴大连旅游业的具体思路,
研究了解决问题的办法,创建了一种新的营利模型。以新的视角和思路出发,对大连市在
该领域内的发展提出了科学化的发展策略,为其实现长远性战略性发展打下了坚实基础。
因此,本论文对大连入境旅游影响因素进行的系统性研究具有学术上面的价值和被实际借
鉴的应用价值。

Abstract
Inbound tourism refers to the activities of tourists who come to China for traveling,
conference, business negotiation and health care. It is the key point for developing tourism. It is
especially important for Dalian, as a coastal city, to make the reputation, add foreign currency
income and keep in touch with others. Meanwhile, the coming of the new development of
environment provides more standardized requests for the developments of inbound tourism in
Dalian. Dalian is the only city that is extremely rich in coastal tourism resources among the
three northeast provinces of China, but tits coastal tourism development still belongs to the
growth period, based on the historically and realistically economic reasons; Japan has become
the largest inbound tourism market toward Dalian. Compared to the other shore cities, Dalian is
mainly dependent on Japanese tourism market. The number of Japanese tourists who travel to
Dalian has continuously increased, and it has reached nearly 600,000 persons per year in recent
5 years, which received nearly 50% of total overseas tourists for Dalian. Despite the Japanese
who were affected by the earthquake and tsunami nuclear power plant incident in 2011, the
number of Japanese tourists to Dalian city still remains above 500,000, which is occupied nearly
50% the total of 1,170,000 people in the reception of overseas travel, so Dalian is much more
dependent on Japanese tourism market than the other shore cities. .The Japanese market which
occupied Half of the Inbound Business of Dalian experienced extreme cool, caused the city
of inbound market into the frozen period. Tourism industry has rapid response to it , strong
marketing, and realize the ice-breaking -- in 2012, Dalian inbound market bucked the trend.
The overseas tourist got 10% growth. The reception of overseas tourist reached 1,288,000,
year-on-year growth of 10.09%, the foreign exchange revenue of $886,395,000, year-on-year
growth of 10.09%. At the same time, the domestic tourists broke through 48,100,000; grow 13%
compared to the same period. Therefore, in view of the present situation of Dalian inbound
tourism, the author conducted a study and analysis, aims to put forward countermeasures in
accordance with Dalian inbound tourism development practice, in order to improve the Dalian
blue tourism economic circle, make the construction of the core competitiveness of coastal
tourism city in the world, and to win among the adversely international and domestic political
