精益开发是企业实施精益的先遣队,是企业的成功的决定因素。所以,精益企业要实
施“精益生产”的第一步必须从精益开发开始。
本文以德尔福派克公司为例,较为系统的对整个开发流程的价值流进行分析,找
出整个产品开发过程中存在的主要浪费,如过度开发;等待;重复开发;精力浪费等,
利用精益思想的五大原则:价值、价值流、节拍、拉动、持续改善等.对主要开发过程
中的浪费进行分析并提出具体的改进措施;本文通过公司内部的实际案例更直观的来
验证分析的结果。随着中国连续四年成为汽车产销量世界第一,国内对汽车零部件的
需求也随之增长,而汽车连接器作为汽车的重要电子电气传输零部件,面临着关键的
机遇和挑战。现在,越来越多的企业进入汽车连接器欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,加大了欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争,消费者
对汽车的环保、安全、价格要求也渐渐趋于理性。使创新,技术改进,降低成本成为
汽车连接器企业关注的重点。因此,对精益开发的导入,可以显著的提高一次开发成
功率,缩短产品开发周期、降低产品开发制造成本、改善质量,增强产品的可靠性。
同时,作者希望本文的研究成果可以为国内汽车连接器企业提供有价值的参考。

Abstract
Lean thinking is one of the highly evolved methods of managing an enterprise to
improve the productivity, efficiency and quality of its products or services. In the past
few years, Regarding the study of lean thinking and promote are more and more widely use
to the automotive and other manufacturing industries, the training through internal and
external, on-site implementation, industry communication forms, lean production have
already used very popular in the manufacture company. However, many problems
happened in Lean production, the root causes are not in manufacture process but in
development process. For example: Unreasonable product structure, Products are not
suitable for manufacturing, improper design material selection, and so on。Therefore, the
most important part of product development process is to implement lean development。
Lean Development is the advance party of Lean enterprise, is the determining factor of
success of enterprises. So, Lean development is the first step for the lean enterprise to
implement lean production.
This thesis takes Delphi as example, provide the system analysis on the whole value
of development , try to find the key wastes during the whole product development cycle,
such as :Over development; waiting; repeat development; energy waste , combined with
the principles of leaning thinking : continuous of value flow, and take time, pull, continued
improvement. Provide the detail improve methods and the find the ways to implement the
methods of the main problems from the development process. The thesis takes the actual
case of the company to verify the analysis result. With China become the No.1 in the
world&39;s automobile production and sales for four consecutive years, the demand for auto
parts are increased accordingly, Auto Connector as an important automotive electrical and
electronic transmission parts, facing crucial opportunities and challenges.
Now, more and more enterprises enter the automotive connector industry, increased
competition in the industry, the car&39;s environmental, safety and price requirements has
gradually become more rational to consumer. Innovation, technological improvements,
costs become the key points of automotive connector business. Thus, the import of lean
development can significantly improve the reliability of a development success rate,
shorten product development cycles, reduce product development and manufacturing costs,
improve quality, and enhance the product. Meanwhile, the author hopes the results of this
study can provide a valuable reference and experience to domestic automotive connector
enterprise.

1.1 问题的提出及研究意义
精益思想按照美国生产与库存管理协会 APICS 定义是:一种在整个企业范
围内以降低在所有生产活动中的各种资源(包括时间)的消耗,并使之最小化的
哲学。它要求在设计、生产、供应链管理及客户关系等各个方面,发现并消除所
有的非增值行为。精益生产就是及时制造,消灭故障,去除一切浪费,实现零缺
陷、零库存的目标,按照确定的生产节拍生产,是一种先进的生产方式

都知道丰田模式的精益生产,然而更多的人认为丰田的真正竞争力核心在于其精
益开发,比如对于每个过程的持续优化,将每个经验教训如何固化到流程中去,
如何要求资深工程师主导开发对的,以及项目集中办公方式作战室等等。
精益生产在汽车零配件企业的运用己经日趋成熟,而对于精益开发的研究和
应用在汽车零配件企业还不是很成熟。本文就是利用精益思想的原则对产品开发
的价值流进行分析,找出产品开发过程中的浪费及其产生的根源,提出解决的方
案。使企业赢在起点,使产品在整个开发过程中持续的降低成本、缩短产品开发
周期、快速响应客户需求,从而增强企业的竞争优势。德尔福派克 2009 年走出
破产保护后,对精益思想的企业中的研究和应用投入了更多的精力,尤其是在精
益开发方面,比如:流程优化,标准化,模块化设计,设计质量控制,模拟仿真
等。随着精益开发在德尔福的深入的研究和应用,德尔福的总是能提前一步领先
竞争对手将符合客户需求的,高质量的产品投放到市场。可以说精益开发增强了
德尔福公司的整体竞争力,提高了开发效率,增加了企业的利润。因此对精益开
发在德尔福派克的应用的分析研究具有很强的理论和实践的意义。
