本文以上海新比利公司为研究对象，对其总体发展战略进行了研究。本文的
工作目的是为了在核心竞争力理论同我国企业管理实践，尤其是笔者所从事的玻
璃深加工企业的管理实践相结合方面做一些探索性的研究工作。同时，应用核心
竞争力这一理论，依据上海新比利公司的企业现状和国内玻璃深加工欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的发展
现状，制定出上海新LV,N公司近10年的企业总体发展战略。

本文选择上海新比利公司为研究对象，把企业战略管理的有关理论，尤其是
核心能力理论具体应用到样本企业的战略制定及战略管理过程中。通过引入波士
顿(BCG)矩阵对上海新比利公司的产品结构现状进行了深入剖析和探讨：通过
引入迈克尔· Michael Porter)的产业五种力量竞争结构模型对上海新比
利公司所处产业的竞争结构进行分析；在综合有关研究文献的基础上，提出了上
海新比利公司的核心竞争力评价模型，并对上海新比利公司核心竞争力进行了评
价分析；在此基础上还对上海新比利公司的核心竞争力的构建做了细致的组合分
析；据此提出了建立在核心竞争力基础上的上海新比利公司的发展战略，并加以
评价，还给出了发展战略的实施规划。

通过本文的研究，探索了国内依据核心竞争力理论研究和制定玻璃深加工企
业发展战略的工作，同时也为今后的研究者在这一领域的进一步研究提供了参
考。

ABSTRACT
Taking Shanghai Xinbili Company as the studying object，this paper has done
research on its general developing stratagy．The aim of this paper is to do some
exploring research in the field where the core competence theory is combined with the
management practice of Chinese enterprises，especially with the management practice
of glass deep—machining enterprises where the author engages．Meanwhile，this paper
has applied the core competence theory and instituted the general developing stratagy
in the coming 1 0 years for Shanghai Xinbili Company according to its status in quo
and the developing status of glass deep—machining industry in our country．
This paper has selected Shanghai Xinbili Company as the studying object and
applied the relational theories of enterprise strategic management，especially the core
competence theory in the stratagy instituting and the strategic management of the
stylebook enterprise．Through inducting the Portfolio Matrices(BCG)，this paper has
anatomized and discussed deeply the product·structure status of Shanghai Xinbili
Company．Moreoveg through inducting Michael Porter’S Five Forces Model，this
paper has analyzed the competition structure of the industry where the Sharlghai
Xinbili Company is．On the basis of colligating the relational research literatures，this
paper has brought forward the core competence evaluation model of Shanghai Xinbili
Company and evaluated its core competence．Based on the above—mentioned work，
detailed assembled analysis has been done to the core competence of Shanghai Xinbili
Company．According to it，this paper has brought forward the developing stratagy of
Shanghai Xinbili Company which is based on the core competence and evaluated it．
The programming ofhow to carry it into execution is also been given out．
The research of this paper has explored the work of studying and instituting
developing stratagy of glass deep-machining enterprises according to the core
competence theory．Meanwhile，it has given reference to the researchers for the

第一章绪论
1．1上海新比利帷幕墙有限公司概况
上海新比利帷幕墙有限公司位于上海市青浦区徐泾镇，占地65000平方米，
主要从事建筑玻璃深9NT产品的生产和销售。

该公司的投资主体新加坡比利(PD)集团始建于1976年，主要从事铝
合金制作、建筑玻璃深加工和建筑工程承包业务，1989年又涉足氟碳烤漆和粉
末喷涂。

比利(PD)集团从1995年开始，通过对中国现有市场和潜在市场的充分调
研，在接受TECHNOMIC咨询公司的投资咨询和自身在中国幕墙欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的投资体验，
终于在2001年选定中国上海投资兴建一家具有生产高档建筑玻璃深加工产品
能力的大型玻璃加工企业～一即上海新LL币,J帷幕墙有限公司。公司的注册资本
为1580万美元，其股本结构是RAYO公司(PD集团的子公司)拥有70％的股份，
MMR公司拥有30％的股份。经过一年多的筹建，在2002年5月30臼试生产。

该公司现有员工300余名，其中中、高级管理人员20余人，设计和工艺技
术人员40余人，质量管理人员近20人，员工中具有大专以上学历者80余人，
约占总人数的27％，员工整体素质较好。

其设备配置在国内同欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司中处于先进水平，拥有奥地利LISEC公司的全自
动玻璃切割生产线、意大利BAVELLONI和GM公司的自动玻璃磨边机、芬兰
TAMGLASS公司的钢化玻璃生产线、奥地利LISEC公司中空玻璃生产线、澳大利
亚QUICKSTEEL公司的夹层玻璃预压线、芬兰TAMGLASS公司的夹层玻璃增压釜、
美国BOC公司的全自动镀膜玻璃生产线以及美国KISCO公司的纯水生产线。

上海新比利帷幕墙有限公司自2002年5月30日试生产以来，坚持走品牌
经营的道路，业务发展比较顺利。截止到2002年底共生产建筑用深加工玻璃
1300吨，预计2003年可完成3000吨的加工量。公司发展呈现良好势头。但企
业面对着激烈的市场竞争如何保持持续有力的竞争优势和发展趋势，也就是如
何制定出切实可行的企业发展战略，被提到了议事日程上来。首先，让我们来
回顾一下有关企业战略的理论及其发展过程。
