业发展史中占有羹要地位。特别是唐钢作为个60多年的老企业，解放时建厂，
经历了鳄藏螽静耨垒、大获遴、震囊重建帮菠摹开放羰寒豹丈发篪各个跨饯，
在唐钢舟上可以肴到共和鞠工业经济发展的轨迹。因此，研究腾钢的未来发展，
对研究我国钢铁工业特翘是传统工般发展具有非常典型的意义。

本文共分霞部分，献钢铁工韭发展趋势入手，运麓系统分橱理论和S耵O方
法，集中分析唐钢内外部有利条件和不利因鬃，针对形势发展攒求和客观条件，

The steel and iron industry is the important basic industry of the national
economy,realize national industry，modernized important material base el’
agriculture，national defance and science and technology．In the 21st century that is
full of great opportunity for development and challenge，the steel industry of oHr
country will still play a important role in national econontic development．
Tang Gang is a national super-huge iron and steel complex，one of ten major
iron and steel enterprises of the whole cotmtry,occupy the important status in the
development history of steel and iron industry of our country．Especially steelFang
