摘 要
服务业对一个国家GDP 的增长及促进就业的作用日益受到重视,全球产业结
构呈现出“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”转型的总体趋势。围绕汽车这一主题
的汽车服务业涵盖了金融、流通及交通运输服务方面的内容,随着我国汽车制造
业的繁荣发展,汽车服务业展现了巨大的发展空间。

我国汽车服务业尚处于一种内部不规范的无序发展阶段。汽车服务业的经营
模式基本上采用发达国家早已走过的四位一体经营模式,这种模式对我国的国情
存在很多的不适应之处,发达国家走过的道路,验证了我国汽车服务业和连锁经
营时代即将到来,如何顺应市场发展的规律,是企业生死存亡的关键所在。

作为一个以汽车服务业起家,发展了上十年的公司,富兴公司在这场市场的
变革中必须以合适的发展战略来应对,才能做到作大作强的目的。本文通过分析
公司的历史、能力及竞争环境,指出富兴公司汽车服务业必须走连锁经营的道路,
通过提升“邦田汽车服务”品牌,形成地域性汽车服务强势品牌,以区域渗透及
购并的战略发展连锁经营,以湖南市场为基础,通过武汉市场的桥头堡作用,逐
渐向全国发展。

为了达成公司的发展目标,富兴公司应当完善公司汽车服务产业链,全面实
施人才战略,加强内部管理,全面提升公司能力。通过提高客户满意度,创造忠
诚客户,逐渐扩大市场份额,以达到公司的发展目标。

ABSTRACT
Being able to promote a national GDP and increase the employment, the service
business is increasingly valued. The world industrial structure presents a general trend
that the “industrial economy” is transforming to “service economy”. The contents of
auto servicing business that surround the topic of the automobile cover financial
business, circulation business and transportation. Along with the prosperity of china’s
car-manufacturing, the auto servicing business presents a huge development space.
Our country’s auto servicing business is not normalized internally which is still in
an abnormal developing stage. The business model of the auto servicing business
adopts the “four-integral” model that prevailed in the developed countries. This model
is not suitable to the reality of our country. The developing history of the developed
countries verifies that the chain operations of the auto servicing business will come to
china soon. How to be suitable to this trend is the key for the existing of the company.
FUXIN Company, having risen from the auto servicing business ten years ago,
has to develop a fitting de development strategy to cope with this trends and to achieve
the Company’s goal to be strong and big. By analyzing the history and the ability of
the Company and the environment, this text point out that the chain operation is the
proper way that the Company should adopt. Increasing the “bangtian service” brand to
be the eminent brand in the regional market, developing the chain operational strategy
by merging and permeating strategy, the Company will develop to the whole country
from Hunan and Wuhan.
For the sake of the Company’s developing goal, FuXing Company should perfect
it’s auto servicing chain and put into reality the talented-personality strategy and
enhance the inner management to promote the competition ability. By increasing the
satisfaction and loyalty of the customer, the Company will increase its market’s share
and achieve its goal.
