重组的方式往往是多元的,即多种方式的混合使用。如在“强强联合”后再“大
吃小”,以迅速实现企业市场垄断地位提高的目标。如“三九集团”收购“雅安三
九”“长征制药”;“哈药集团”参股“慈航制药”;“太太药业”收购“丽珠集团”
等等。可以预见,为应对加入WTO后跨国制药集团的竞争,我国制药企业进行
兼并重组是必然趋势,也是抗击全球经济一体化市场风浪的最终出路
本文以白沙集团下属企业“珠海金沙(湖南)制药有限公司(以下简称金沙
制药)”的兼并重组实例为标的进行实证研究,探讨和寻求我国制药欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司兼并重组
的模式和对策
