摘要
随着国内外经济形势的持续低迷、国外欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司巨头的凌厉攻势和企业之间竞
争的日益剧烈,低端制造业的利润空间不断缩减,低成本竞争的根基已经动摇,
其不可持续性将越来越明显。为了应对越来越严峻的生存危机,企业不得不寻
找新的竞争优势。作为一种能够显著提升企业生产效率的创新生产方式——精
益生产,近年来逐渐成为制造型企业,尤其是劳动密集型企业转型升级,应对
经济危机和竞争压力、保持持续竞争优势的有效路径和手段。因此,深入研究
精益生产具有较为重要的理论和实践意义。

本文以精益生产在制造型企业的应用为研究对象,首先通过对精益生产相
关理论、方法的归纳和总结,厘清了精益生产的基本理论架构;接着以LBJ制
造部为例,在分析了 LBJ制造部的生产管理现状的基础上,论证了公司推行精
益生产的可行性和必要性;之后,结合理论,论文围绕LBJ制造部如何设计与
实施均衡化生产、改善工艺流程、合理控制库存量、规范现场6S管理等精益生
产领域的要点,设计了切实可行的方案;同时为了确保精益生产方案的顺利实
施,本文还提出了建设精益文化、构架HiS管理体系、加强人本管理等等建议。

本文基于对精益生产及其应用的研究,对LBJ制造部的精益生产工作起到
了积极的推动作用,也为那些即将推行精益生产的企业提供了理论参考和实践
支持。

ABSTRACT
Combining with the domestic and international economic situation, the paper
indicates the crisis that the manufacturing industry is facing. With the reducing of the
profit, the unsustainability of low-end manufacturing will be more and more obvious.
At present, the basic situation which constitutes enterprises' low-cost competitive
advantage has shaken, so the advantage faces with unprecedented challenges. The
enterprises have to search new competitive advantages. Based on this background,
LBJ manufacturing department proposed lean manufacture program in order to deal
with the crisis and to keep the market competitive ability.
During researching, this paper firstly inductively analyzed the basic theory of
lean manufacture management. And then, combined with the production
management status in LBJ manufacturing department, the paper discussed the
feasibility and necessity of carrying out lean manufacture in company. The article
undertook specific program design and implementation research around the
problems that included unbalanced production line, unreasonable process, excessive
inventory, not-in-place site management and so on. Furthermore, some suggestions
are proposed in chapter sixth innovatively to supply effective assurance for carrying
out lean manufacture successfully. The suggestions contain establishing lean culture,
constructing EHS management system and so on.
Through studying on lean manufacture seriously, this paper not only plays a
guiding role on advancing lean manufacture in LBJ manufacturing department in the
future, but also supplies reference for similar enterprises to carry out lean
manufacturing.
