摘要
DL通信设备公司成立于1998年,在过去十多年的发展中,依靠自身的技术实力和
独特的经营方式,在通信塔桅领域取得了优秀的成绩,目前公司处于转型期,从通信基
站设备提供商向系统方案提供商进发,在产品和技术方面,都将是一次颠覆性的创新,
所以构建一个完善的技术创新体系,是完成顺利转型的基本保障。

论文采用企业实际调查法和文献检索法,运用战略管理、人力资源管理、技术创新管
理等方面的学科知识,首先分析公司技术创新体系现状,然后对比相关的理论基础,找
出公司技术创新体系存在的问题,并分析原因,最终提出优化设计方案及对策,其中主
要包括技术创新战略、技术创新人力资源管理、技术创新投入、技术创新风险、技术创
新组织架构、技术创新激励制度等方面的优化设计方案及实施对策,论文还对优化方案
及对策进行绩效评估,证明其有效性。

本文研究是理论结合实际的研究,研究结论对DL通信设备公司技术创新体系优化设
计提供了一定的借鉴作用。
