首先从实施精益生产的基本条件入手,从现地化物料采购、全员设备维护保养TPM
和生产计划制订三个方面进行分析改善,保证生产控制系统能够顺利建立。其次,应用
工业工程IE和并行工程等工具,重点分析了如何利用看板管理建立拉式生产控制系统,
以及利用缩短作业切换时间和多能工等方法进行系统的优化。然后,分析了如何从全面
质量管理TQM的角度出发保证精益生产系统的顺利运作以及持续改进。最后,针对太阳
诱电实施精益生产,提出了应注意的几个问题。

Above all, the paper introduce of relevant theory of the lean production. By
through the description of chip inductor's production of Taiyo Yuden
(Guangdong) CO., LTD., it sum up the predicament which the company faces at
present and lead out the main questions. The next, the author states that it is the
optimal choice to implement the lean production. Then, the paper explains how
to implement the lean production from several following respects.
Firstly, In order to guarantee the control system to be set up smoothly, the
system should be consisted of some primary conditions besides purchase, TPM
and production schedule. Secondly, the pull production system will be set up by
using IE, CE and Kanban. At the same time, it takes some measures to improve
production system, such as to reduce setup time, and to train multi-functional
employee, etc. Then, the paper uses the theory of TPM to analyse how to
guarantee the system runs smoothly and how to improve it continuously. Finally,
according to the implementation of the lean production in Taiyo Yuden
(Guangdong) CO., LTD., the paper gives some suggestions that should be paid
attention to.
