本文就 ABC(中国)公司为分析对象,通过外资企业在中国的总公司在对各地分
公司的员工福利进行梳理、分析,与市场基准进行比对的基础上,意解决员工流失、
特别是挽留人才的问题,并以此着手进行相应的福利项目优化并制定出员工福利战
略,以适应企业不断发展的业务需要。
通过诊断分析、优化设计及实施,证明了员工福利作为整体报酬的重要组成部
分,在创建雇主品牌、营造企业文化、加强人才保留与吸引有着重要的作用。当今,
除了保持现金类薪酬的外部竞争力,提高非现金类福利的水平,通过以整体报酬为
核心理念,从而构建完整的薪酬福利体系,制定可持续发展的薪酬福利策略对企业
的可持续发展越来越为重要。

Abstract
As booming market and talent war, the management of employee benefit is focused
by companies with great position due to retention and attraction issue based on the total
rewards system.
Through reviewing and analyzing employee benefit programs by entity of ABC
Company (China), the purpose of the report is to reduce employee turnover rate and
retain talents. Based on the result of benchmark externally and internally, the report
provides a recommendation on employee benefit optimization and designs the strategy of
employee benefit to make sure that the employee benefit programs could meet the
different needs for business development.
Given the study, it implies that employee benefit is the most important component
for the total rewards system. Based on much more impact on setting up employers’
branding and building up companies’ culture, employee benefit also improves companies’
human resource competition on talent retention and attraction. Currently, besides keeping
the competition from compensation system, it is helpful to improve the non-cash benefit
level, based on total rewards, to build up a completed compensation and benefit system,
to design a sustainable developing compensation and benefit system for ensuring
companies sustainable growth and development.
