摘要
呼市石化公司500万顿/年扩能改造项目的立项,使构建一个综合的电气综
合自动化系统成为必然。只有电气系统自动化、信息化系统,才能确保供配电
系统的安全性、可靠性、连续性、便于及时发现、分析、处理故障,提高运行
和自动化调度管理水平;电气综合自动化系统的构建也将为企业的信息化战略
的实施打下坚实的基础。

本文详细阐述了呼市石化电气综合自动化系统的构建,并且对石化电气综
合自动化系统的功能通过SCADA功能、WEB浏览功能、高级应用功能(PAS)、
变电站后通信管理机、五防系统功能等要素功能进行了描述。

呼市石化公司电气综合自动化系统的实施,也将引发企业电气系统的组织
架构的改造,采用新的自动化和信息化手段需要建立新的劳动体系,减少运行、
维护和检修人员,所以本文同时对呼市石化电气综合自动化系统相应的组织架
构进行设计和选择。

Abstract
Hohhot Petrochemical Company 500 tons / year capacity expansion project of
the reconstruction project, make the building of an integrated electrical automation
systems become inevitable. Only the electrical system automation, information
systems, to ensure the security, reliability, continuity of supply and distribution
system,to facilitate the timely detection, analysis,treatment failure, and improve the
operation and automated scheduling. Construction of electrical automation systems
will also lay a solid foundation for the implementation of enterprise information
strategy.
This paper elaborates the construction of Hohhot Petrochemical Electrical
automation systems,and describes the function of the petrochemical electrical
function of the integrated automation system through the SCADA functions,WEB
browsing capabilities, advanced applications (PAS) substation communication
manager, five anti-system functions and other factors.
Hohhot Petrochemical Company Electric automation system implementation,
will lead to the transformation of the corporate organizational structure of the
electrical system. The introduction of new means of automation and information need
to create a new labor system, reducing the operation, maintenance and repair
personnel. Therefore, this paper devises and selects the organizational structure of the
integrated automation system of Hohhot Petrochemical Electrical.
