本文,以一家从事国际工程承包业务的中国企业CT国际经济技术合作公司作为研
究对象,针对CT国际经济技术合作公司目前所处的宏观环境、欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境、竞争环境给
企业发展带来的机遇和潜藏的威胁,以及CT国际经济技术合作公司当前具备的优势和
存在的劣势等方面的问题,综合地运用现代企业战略管理的相关理论基础知识,并结
合现代企业战略制定过程中常用的一些分析手段和分析工具,进行了多方位、多角度
地分析和研究。
通过分析研究,建立了CT国际经济技术合作公司未来的企业发展战略体系:以一
体化战略与企业文化战略相结合的企业发展总体战略,以目标集中战略作为企业的主
要经营战略,确立了CT国际经济技术合作公司人力资源、财务管理、市场开发等部门
需要具体实施的职能战略。本文的研究过程和研究结果,不仅对于CT国际经济技术合
作公司未來的企业发展在企业战略选择、制定上有着一定的指导和参考作用;同时,
对于经营业务领域涉及国际工程承包欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的其他中国企业,在制定企业发展战略时,
也具备一定的参考价值。

Abstract
With the global economic pattern constantly changing, communication, information,
logistics and engineering construction technology undergoing innovations, and the
globalization process progressing further, at present, the international engineering
contracting industry is in a critical period of transformation of industrial upgrading. For
Chinese enterprises which are engaging in international engineering contracting business,
industry competition environment has become more and more complicated, and market
competition has become more and more fierce. Under this background, how to develop the
enterprise's own unique core competencies, acquire market competitive advantages which
help outscore competitors, and enhance the strategic competitiveness, are the problems that
must be solved by Chinese enterprises engaged in international engineering contracting
business.
In this article, one Chinese enterprise named as CT International Economy and
Technology Cooperation Company that is engaged in international engineering contracting
business is studied as an object. By considering the opportunities and hidden threats faced by
CT International Economy and Technology Cooperation Company brought by the
macroeconomic environment, industry environment, the competitive environment,
advantages and disadvantages of CT International Economy and Technology Cooperation
Company, and integrated use of basic knowledge of strategic management theory of modern
enterprise, combined with some analytical tools and analysis tools often used in the process
of strategy formulation of the modern enterprise, multi-faceted, multi-angle analysis and
research are conducted.
Through analysis, the enterprise development strategy system of CT International
Economy and Technology Cooperation Company is established: the overall strategy of
enterprise development combines integration strategy with enterprise culture strategy; the
main business strategy of the enterprise centers on focus strategy; the detailed functional
strategy of HR department, financial management department, market development
department, etc. of CT Internationa] Economy and Technology Cooperation Company is
established. The research process and findings, not only can offer some guidance and
reference for CT International Economy and Technology Cooperation Company when
choosing and establishing its enterprise strategy in the future, but also have a certain
reference value for other Chinese enterprises engaging in international engineering
contracting industry to establish enterprise development strategy.
