本文利用战略管理的相关理论和综合分析工具,运用PEST分析法、五力模型分
析法,综合考虑了 ZHYP集团的内外部环境因素,运用SWOT分析法分析得出了 ZHYP
集团的备选战略。在对各战略的交互式比较之后,得出了 ZHYP集团的最佳发展战略。
为确保战略的有效实施,又提出了战略实施的措施与途径,找出了 ZHYP集闭战
略发展的侧重点与关键问题所在,关注企业战略发展的可控性与可操作性,力求ZHYP
集团尽快实现上市目标。
ZHYP集团具有多年的小水电收购与管理经验。本文的研究,对整个中小水电行
业的连锁经营及收购兼并战略具有一定的借鉴价值。

Abstract
Hydropower industry in China has always been fragmented and even disordered. The
big 5 IPPs have been focused on large scale assets, leaving huge room of consolidation
and management improvement in small to medium sized hydropower sector. So far, there
is little thorough and systematic research done on the chain operation of small to
medium-sized hydropower industry.
This paper utilizes various theories and tools of strategic management, including
PEST analysis, five forces model analysis, and SWOT analysis, and takes into
consideration of ZHYP Group's internal and external factors to derive the best development
strategy for ZHYP Group.
This paper also identifies some key issues in ZHYP Group's strategy execution and
proposes certain measures and ways to ensure effective implementation of the strategy,
which will help ZHYP Group achieve its IPO goal.
In summary, this paper provides valuable research for chain operation and M&A
strategy for small to medium-sized hydropower industry.
