本文主要运用宏观环境分析法(PEST)从陕汽集团长沙环通汽车制造有限公
司面临的内外部环境分析入手,全面分析公司面临的社会、经济、政治和技术环
境,以及公司内部资源:组织结构、人力资源、企业文化、企业能力、财务状况;
着重分析了我国重型汽车欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的发展现状、欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司结构、竞争格局,以及陕汽集团
长沙环通汽车制造有限公司主要竞争对手;同时通过运用迈克尔·波特波士顿矩
阵分析模型及 SWOT 分析方法等对公司未来的发展战略进行研究,提出了公司的发
展战略思路、战略目标和战略重点;并对实现公司的发展战略目标应采取的战略
实施保障进行研究,提出了战略实施保障措施,讨论了战略实施评价与控制的方
法。
本文研究结果表明,陕汽集团长沙环通汽车制造有限公司只有形成低成本竞
争优势,实施融合低成本与差异化的大规模定制战略,采取全方位营销,才能建
设成为具有国际竞争力的重型汽车企业。同时,本文虽然是以陕汽集团长沙环通
汽车制造有限公司为研究对象,但这一实例对我国其它中小汽车企业未来的改革
和发展有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
Taking Shanxi Automobile Group Changsha Huantong Automobile limited
Company as the research object, through in-depth investigation and analysis, combined
with its own characteristics to the development of the company, this paper finds out the
existing problems, makes sure the developmental target, direction, strategies,
management methods. This paper also takes corresponding measures to make clear the
developmental train of thought, the development fields and the key of development.It
offers as a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the improvement of
suitable developmental strategies, for helping build competitive platform strategy, for
guiding the company's production and management,for further building and enhancing
competitive advantages.
By useing macroscopical environment analysis method ( PEST ), starts from the
internal and external environment facing by Shanxi Automobile Group Changsha
Huantong Automobile limited Company, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis
of society, economy, politics and technology environment faced by the company;
makes a complete analysis of the internal resources: organization structure, human
resources, enterprise culture, enterprise capability, financial status, as well as China's
heavy-duty automobile industry development, industry structure, competitive pattern;
By using Michael Potter of Boston matrix model and SWOT,this part makes a research
of the company's future developmental strategies, put forward the train of thought
developmental strategies, strategic goals and strategic keys; This paper also makes a
research to achieve the developmental strategic goals for the company, puts forward
strategies for the implementation of security measures and discusses the
implementation of the strategy evaluation and control method.
The results of this paper show that, Shanxi Automobile Group Changsha
Huantong Automobile limited Company only by building the low cost competitive
advantages and taking the implementation of total cost and differentiation strategies,
can Shanxi Automobile Group Changsha Huantong Automobile limited Company take
a full range of the market and become an internationally competitive heavy truck
enterprise. At the same time, although this article is based on the research of Shanxi
Automobile Group Changsha Huantong Automobile limited Company, it also has a
certain reference value to the reform and development of the other medium and small
automobile enterprises.
