摘要
自从美国房地产市场上的次级按揭贷款的危机和欧洲债务危机爆发以来,由于世界
主要发达经济体的经济发展状况严重制约了全球经济发展步伐,我国外贸企业的发展也
面临着极大的风险。在这种复杂多变的宏观环境下,这些企业应当如何因应外部经济环
境和社会环境的变化,及时调整其战略经营目标并实现良性战略转型,是其所面临的一
个重要的现实问题。笔者在机床进口贸易公司一~CF公司工作多年,在世界经济衰退和
欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争不断加剧的情形下,作为一家经营了十多年美国进口机床的贸易公司,无论是
从世界宏观经济环境的变化,还是机床欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展趋势来看,CF公司应当如何利用其发展
经验和竞争优势,清晰合理地规划其未来的发展战略,是一个现实而紧迫的问题。

正是基于以上考虑,本文结合现代管理学的战略管理理论,通过对CF公司的内、
外部发展环境进行详细的分析和评价,构建了 SWOT分析矩阵并确定了与之发展相适应
的发展战略模式,提出了具体的战略模式实施方案和战略目标得以实现的保障措施。本
文认为,CF公司未来的发展战略需要从两个方面分开实施,即公司层面的战略和具体
的发展经营战略,其中主要包括竞争战略、产品开发战略。从公司层战略的实施来看,
CF公司必须采取市场开发的手段,通过一体化实现其最后的战略转型。而从具体的竞争
战略来看,必须采取多元化经营和市场开发相结合的手段,其中多元化经营是最终目的,
即通过企业市场结构、人员结构以及经营结构调整,建立属于自己的产品品牌,实现业
务代理和产品生产相结合的战略目标。从产品开发战略来看,CF公司需要釆取多样化经
营的模式,通过整合不同经营领域的资源,将业务代理和机床生产融为一体,加快研发
步伐,为公司层的战略转型服务,进而在日益激烈的竞争中确定自身的发展优势,形成
独有的经营模式,逐步向国际市场发展。

ABSTRACT
Since the occurrence of sub-prime lending crisis and European debt crisis, the economic
situation of main countries in the world has experienced drastic decline,the trade companies
in China are also faced serious risk. Under this complex macroeconomic circumstance, the
trade companies should change their strategy and adapt to the evolution of circumstance
which includes economic situation and social situation. The author has been worked in an
input trade company, the CF Company,which is mainly sell machine tool product for several
years. As a company that sells machine tool product inputted from US, corresponding to the
economic deterioration and intensive competition, the CF Company should transit its
developing strategy and implicitly construct its future developing plan.
Considering the facts above, the paper focuses on the issue about the transition of the CF
Company. Specifically, based on the working experience and the developing history of CF
Company, the paper employs management theory and strategy management theory and
analysis the inner and outer circumstance of CM Company. It also constructs a SWOT matrix
and establishes a developing mode that is suitable to CF Company. The main conclusions of
the paper imply that the developing strategy of CF Company can be divided into two
parts the company-level strategy and operation strategy. Since the main operation of CF
Company is sell inputted machine tool product presently, therefore, the company-level
strategy is to adopt the multi-developing and exploring mode. And in this process achieving
the multi-developing model is the ultimate objective. Moreover, the operation of the
competition strategy needs the product researching strategy to achieve the total objective. For
the competition strategy, researching and developing machine tool brand by adjusting the
market, worker structure and operation structure. The CF company should employ the
approaches of multi-operation and market exploration. From the product researching strategy,
the paper considers that this is a process of incorporation. The CF Company should treat all
the resource as a system and achieve the independency of management. In order to enter into
the international market, the paper also points out that the CF company should accelerate the
speed of research and development and form its special operational mode.
