摘要
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,战略人力资源管理的重要性越来越被人们所认同,
对战略人力资源管理的研究也越来越深刻,人力资源管理通过对组织进行变革,改善组
织绩效与能力,不断开发和激励员工等一系列管理活动,推动人力资源管理作为组织战
略的推动者和支撑者。但是,传统的人力资源管理与企业战略的关联度不高,随着管理
者对人力资源管理的战略价值的重视,企业一直在关心与迫切解决的问题是打造适合企
业不断发展的战略人力资源管理体系。

本文选择从人力资源管理与企业战略的适配角度入手,通过对国内外人力资源管理
与战略匹配性的相关理论与实践进行研究,在对YC公司人力资源管理与企业战略匹配性
进行调研分析的基础上,查找YC公司现状中存在的主要问题,从职能的视角和动态的视
角对YC公司人力资源管理与企业战略匹配性进行研究,寻找提高YC公司人力资源管理与
企业战略匹配性的针对性对策和建议,解决YC公司现有的战略人力资源管理的瓶颈问
题,为YC公司的战略发展提供必要的战略人力资源管理支撑。
