文章首先在系统阐述DD建筑施工集团公司员工薪酬管理方案设计研究的背景,研
究目的及意义的基础上提出DD建筑施工集团公司员工薪酬管理的研究方法和研究内
容。在对DD建筑施工集团公司组织结构和员工构成及其员工特点的基础上,结合DD
建筑施工集团公司员工薪酬管理现状,分析了 DD建筑施工集团公司员工薪酬管理存在
的问题及其原因。在此基础上提出DD建筑施工集团公司员工薪酬管理方案设计应该达
到的目的和遵循的原则,阐述了其方案设计的整体思路和改革的要点,并就薪酬结构、
薪酬标准、福利薪酬、薪酬调整制度等设计的具体内容展幵了详细分析等。最后探讨了

Abstract
Compensation management is the core content of human resource management and the
whole enterprise management, compensation management is also a complex of higher
management techniques; compensation management as an important human resource
management functions, its importance and necessity have been accepted by many companies.
Practice shows that the scientific enterprise compensation management to establish its
performance is often better. In this study, combined with DD Corporation staff compensation
management to the actual conduct of specific research.
The article first described the background of DD Corporation staff compensation
management program to optimize the design study, research methods and content of the DD
