摘要
伴随着我国市场经济体制改革的不断深化和江西NF银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司务职能范围的
调整,江西NF银行的经营考核也发生了很大的变化,由成立之初在“保本微利”
的经营目标主导下的基本无考核逐渐向现代银行绩效考核机制过渡,实现了向
目标导向性考核的根本转变。本文阐述了江西NF银行绩效考核十年来的发展轨
迹及其考核体系的现状,从实施绩效考核以来取得的积极成效着手,分析了江
西NF银行现有的绩效考核体系存在的问题,并从绩效考核指标设置、绩效考核
结构设计和绩效结果应用三个方面,对江西NF银行绩效考核体系进行了再设
计。

Abstract
Along with our country market economy system reform and Jiangxi NF bank
business function range of adjustment, Jiangxi NF bank management assessment also
produced very big change, from the beginning of the establishment of the maintain
this small profit n business objectives under the guidance of the basic assessment
gradually to the modern bank performance evaluation mechanism transition, to
realize target oriented assessment of fundamental change.This article elaborated the
Jiangxi NF bank performance evaluation ten years development and the present
situation of appraisal system, from the implementation of the performance appraisal
of the positive result to proceed, analysis of Jiangxi NF Bank of the existing
performance appraisal system of the existing problems, and from the performance
appraisal index set, performance appraisal of structure design and application of
performance results in three aspects,on the Jiangxi NF bank performance evaluation
system and redesign.
