摘要
本论文在我国房地产欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司一方面竞争加剧,另一方面政策调控趋严的背景
之下,分析了目前房地产发展的现状和存在的问题,认为降价是目前开发商实
现市场困境突围的主要办法的结论,价格战即将成为房地产市场竞争的主旋律。

从而,引申出房地产企业实施成本领先战略的重要意义。于是,针对成本领先
战略进行了阐述,并结合恒大地产实施成本领先战略的一些实际措施,来分析
房地产企业实施成本领先战略进行开发成本控制的意义和方法。

ABSTRACT
On one hand, the competition of Chinese real estate industry is aggravating, on
the other hand, the policy control is increasing, under such strict background, this
paper analysis the current status of real estate development and the problems, get the
conclusions that price reduction is the main way for the developers to achieve the
break through of market distress,price war is ready to become the main theme of real
estate market competition. Thus, gets the idea about the importance for developers to
implement the cost leadership strategy, therefore describes on the cost leadership
strategy, together with some practical measures implemented by Hengda Real
Estate,to analyze the meaning and methods of implementing the cost leadership
strategy to control the costs for real estate enterprise.
