摘要
我国改革幵放以来国际贸易一直呈平稳上升的趋势,特别是从2002年幵始,
更出现了加速上升的态势,这促使了我国国际货运代理业这一欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的快速发展,
货运代理企业数目也急速增长。在经济发展迅猛时期,山于政策的支持及国际货
物运输量激增,我国诸多中小型货运代理企业也应运而生,并匆匆加入国际货运
代理业的大军。

在经济全球化的推动下,国际贸易量持续增长,带动了全球国际物流业的高速
发展。然而国际航运业也正在经受着巨大的考验,像08年的美国次贷危机,以及
近两年来的欧债危机,都很大程度上影响了国际贸易,对于贸易依赖度高,发展
还未完善的物流企业,特别是我国众多的中小型货运代理企业,如何渡过危机时
期,如何应对越来越激烈的竞争市场,将成为其生存发展的首要问题。

本文从中小型货运代理企业的竞争力研究为切入点,探讨大环境对企业的影
响,以及企业自身抵抗风险、把握机会的能力,同时针对这类企业普遍存在竞争
力不足这一课题,提出一些能够使其提升竞争力、发展壮大的实质性意见。进而
期望我们的中小型货运代理企业不仅可以在危机中生存,而且可以逐步向着高水
平、高效率的现代化物流迈进。

ABSTRACT
With the reform and opening-up of China, Our international trade and commerce
are always increasing stably. Especially with 2002,It's boosting increased, which impel
freight forwarding industry and forwarding companies are rapid growth too. In the
period of rapid economic development, with support of policy, more and more small
and medium-sized enterprises (SME) arise at the historic moment.
Further to economic globalization, international trade increase propel development
of logistics industry. However, they are facing big challenge, such as U.S. subprime
mortgage crisis in 2008,the debt crisis in Europe past two years. International trade is
affected by above. Moreover, with regard to numerous developing corporate especially
SME of forwarding, how to tide over the crisis, and how to deal with the competitive
market, will become the most important issue for their survival and development.
I make study of forwarding SMEs’ competitiveness as entry point, probe
environment of economic as influential factor, there are some threaten from competing,
and capacity of resist challenge and seize the opportunity of SME. Put forward some
comments which can enhance competitiveness and expand scale. And then expect our
small and medium-sized freight forwarding companies can not only survive in a crisis,
but also can gradually go towards to the high-level and efficient modernized logistics.
