在借鉴国内外的考评理论和行之有效的评价方法基础上,运用理论研究和
企业实际相结合、定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,对营销人员评价指标体
系的建立进行了系统的分析与研究。按照现代企业制度的要求,针对目前考评
工作中存在考核成本较高、实际操作性较差的问题,提出了营销人员考评办法
并进行了实际应用。通过对各个具体指标的打分与赋权,使评价指标定量化,
做到了评价结果更加客观、公谁、公平。

ABSTRACT
This paper sets LNZX as the background,first studied the advanced experience
of pertbrmance evaluation and wage management in domestic and developed
counlxies.Furthermore this paper,utilizing the method of qualitative analysis
combined wjm quantities analysis.analyzed the current situation and evaluated the
current performance evaluation and wage management by cheking list.Second this
paper designed the evaluation index system of LNZX basis on quantities
analysis.Third the paper set standard content method of marketing personnel
performance evaluation.Finally,the paper studied and analyzed the wage management
which is take as performance evaluation.
Drawing on the experience of domestic and developed countries evaluation
theories and effective evaluation methods,utilizing the methods of the theoretical
research combined诚tll enterprise existing situation and the qualitative analysis
combined with the quantities analysis,this paper systematically analyzed mad staadied
the evaluation index system of the marketing personnel who has already set
up.According to the requirement of modern corporate system,aiming at the problem
ofhi曲evaluation cost and weakly operational,this paper put forward the evaluation
method of marketing personnel.Turns the evaluation index into the definite
quantity,which ensures the evaluation results objective、authentic and reliable.
