摘要
本文在广泛阅读国内外相关文献基础上,对绩效管理的理论和方法进行了汇总整
理。针对小型软件企业的特点,提出了绩效管理体系的设计原则、实施要点及指标设置
原则。并以一家小型工程软件企业为研究对象,综合运用BSC、KPI和MBO模式设计
了面向企业各个层级的绩效管理体系;运用战略地图和BSC,设计出公司级绩效评估指
标体系,并进一步分解到各个部门,实现了战略管理与绩效管理的衔接;提出了绩效关
联度模型,用于实现团队成员与团队绩效之间的关联;针对案例企业团队营销实际,设
计出基于个体激励系统的营销人员绩效评估指标。该体系已经部分应用于案例企业,取
得了良好的效果,为绩效管理体系的全面实施积累了经验。
