Utility of Advance Credit Card Authorization 信用卡欲授的使用
Advance Credit Card Authorization can ensure a smooth check-out upon guest’s departure
信用卡的预授能确保在客人离开时能顺利的结帐,
Special attention 特别注意
The Validity/expiry date of the credit card must be checked. Approval codes must be obtained for all credit card transactions. If an approval code is already obtained for a credit card transaction but guest subsequently decides to pay in cash, the code must be canceled.
必须查看信用卡的有效期和有效性。在信用卡交易时应必须获得交易批准码。如果在信用卡交易时已获得交易批准码,而客人有突然决定改用现金,必须要取消准码。
Obtain and imprint credit card 获得信用卡刷卡
Obtain the guest credit card and take an imprint. 得到信用卡并刷卡。
Obtain authorization code 获得授权码
Obtain the authorization code according to the guest’s length of stay.
根据客人住店的时间长短,获得信用卡金额授权码。
Contact the bank in case any difficulties 遇到困难时,与银行联系
If there are any difficulties in obtaining a guests’ credit card approval, the bank should be contacted immediately.
在获得客人信用卡授权码遇到困难时,立即与银行联系。
Advice the guest if the card has been declined 如果信用卡被银行拒绝,立即告知客人。
If the credit card has been declined, the guest should be called and suggested to change to another credit card for the deposit.
如果信用卡被银行拒绝,应立即告知客人,并建议客人换另一张卡。
Check 检查
The night shift Front Desk Agent should check the next day departures to ensure the guests’ outstanding account is within the limitation of credit card authorization.
前台接待在值夜班时,应该检查第二天的将要离开的客人未付帐目,看客人的消费是否在信用卡欲授的限额内。
Take further action 采取进一步行动
If guest’s balance is over, please ask for additional authorization.
