Cash drawer never be left unattended 随时留意现金抽屉
Cash drawers must never be left unattended, even for a short period of time, unless it is locked first.
随时保持注意现金抽屉,人不在时,一定要上锁。
Never leave cash outside the drawer 不要把现金放在抽屉外面。
Cash must never be left lying outside the cash drawer.
现金一定不能放在抽屉外面。
Concentration 集中注意力
When cash is on the counter for any reason, the Front Desk Agent should let nothing distract his attention until it is removed.
无论什么原因,当现金不得不放到柜台上时,前台接待必须保持高度注意,直到钱被安全转移。
Responsible of the “Cash Flow” 负责流动现金
Every Front Desk Agent will have a ‘Cash flow’ which has to be secured in Front Office Safe Deposit Box.

Avoid dispute and complication 避免争论和事情复杂
When receiving cash payments directly from guests, the Front Desk Agent should never place the money into his cash drawer, until the transaction is completed. The cash should be placed within sight of the guest but out of his reach.
