Front Office Operation Meeting 前厅业务会议
The Front Office Operation Meeting will take place in the Front Office every day. The Meeting should not take longer than 20 minutes.
前厅应每天组织业务会议。会议不超过20分钟。
Attendees 参加会议
An operational meeting will be organized by the Front Office Manager with attendance of Duty Managers, Front Desk supervisor, Supervisor, Concierge, Guest Service Center Manager, Guest Relations Officer.
前厅部经理应每天组织会议,参加会议的人如下,前台主管,行李部主管,客服中心经理,对客关系职员及值班经理。
Reviewing and preparing guest’s arrival 查看到来客人清单,并为客人的到来做准备。
To ensure all guests arriving details are attended to and each single request is fulfilled. Review the Expected Arrival Report (Next Day).

Preparing pick up and welcome for VIP 准备迎接和欢迎重要客人
Identify VIPs who need to be greeted by the Guest Relations Officer and adjust the schedule accordingly. Review Limousine and pick up service from airport
确认对客关系部需要迎接的重要客人,安排时间及轿车到机场迎接客人。
Review and discuss group arrangement 查看及协商团队安排
Review the Group file; discuss the Check-in Venue/Welcome Reception/Welcome Amenity/Airport transportation Arrangements/Day Tours Arrangements etc.
