To ensure that hotel policy and procedure are maintained to a high standard of service
遵守酒店的规章制度保持高标准的服务。
POLICY & PROCEDURE 规章制度:
Retrieve guest history in order to speed up the C/I process upon guest arrival.
查看客人档案记录,以便在客人到来时能快速处理客人登记。.
All guests are required to complete a REGISTRATION CARD upon arrival. For guests who have stayed at the hotel before, the computer automatically prints the REGISTRATION CARD from the guest history file and the guest has only need to check the accuracy of the particulars and sign the card.
在客人到来时,都会在前台完成登记手续。对于以前在酒店住过的客人来说,计算机会自动从客人档案中打印出登记卡,客人只需要检查准确性及在卡上签名就行了。
Verification 确认
The Front Desk has to verify the particulars against the guests passport - e.g. the name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, place & date of issue and visa no & expiry date.
前台需要确认客人的护照,如:名字,护照号,国籍,出生日期,护照发放日期、地点,签证号码和有效期。
Modification 更改
FDA needs to modify guest registration cards in the computer and ensure relevant correspondences are attached to the registration card.
前台接待需要在计算机里更改客人登记卡,确保相关欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司与登记卡放在一块。
Re-check registration card 再次检查登记卡。
All the registration cards need to be checked and initialed by Duty Manager.
所有的登记卡都应由值班经理检查及签名。
Distribute copies PSB– PRC only 分发到公安局-国内客人的登记单
The copies should be distributed as follows.
-Top copy - PSB File.
-2nd copy - Kept at Front Desk
应这样分发复印件:
-第一张送公安局存档
- 第2张保存到前台。
Obtain and transmit data to PSB – PRC only. 获得数据并传输到公安局-只要国内客人的。
All the guest data have to be input in the PSB computer at the end of the day. Night Manager has to ensure this task is performed according to PSB policy and completed in the morning. Then transmit the data to the PSB office.
